Orinda was a Trump artist and trained by Dworkin in reading the cards. In Amberway II, we used the Everway fortune deck with Trumps for readings. Orinda didn't always get her readings right at the time, but she could see the significance later.

  2. A set of three readings Orinda made after adding cards for her new-met cousins to her deck in Free Amber. (Approximately one month after her arrival in Free Amber.)
  3. A single card draw Orinda made to determine whether it was safe for her to leave Arrow alone to hunt for Compass. (The second day after the death of Gerard.)
